We are delighted to share that our Paragon and Fawkner House projects have both been shortlisted in the Development of the Year – High-Density Residential and Development of the Year – Small-Scale Residential, respectively. 

The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence recognise the best urban developments in Australia and New Zealand, with 22 awards across two streams: Industry Excellence Awards and Development of the Year Awards. The awards provide a platform to celebrate leadership and success in the industry, while providing a showcase to the broader community of the people, programmes, places and projects that are positively shaping our cities.

Paragon is a mixed-use, 48-level residential tower on a prominent corner of Melbourne’s CBD, designed to accommodate 227 residences with an ‘urban forest’ – transforming a piece of the cityscape into a private sky garden.

Positioned within the exclusive Domain precinct of South Yarra and commanding views over Fawkner Park,  Fawkner House is a limited collection of nine large-scale residences which reflect the long-standing prestige of its location through innovative design.
