With just a few months to go, construction onsite at The Grounds of Kew is swiftly approaching completion.

Bringing to life the vision of award-winning firm Fender Katsalidis and landscape designer Paul Bangay, builder Ironside has been busy. This month has seen the installation of external dividing blockwork walls between residences, along with landscaping works commencing. Internally, Ground Floor residences see their tiling and joinery works almost complete.

On Levels One and Two, Ironside has commenced the works on balustrades which will provide residents the perfect setting to enjoy sweeping vistas of the gardens, city, and greater Melbourne.

Finally, Level Three internals have received their first coats of paint as tiling takes place in the bathrooms and laundry. Blockwork garden beds and the external cladding components that make up the building’s striking façade have also been installed.
