With both anticipation and excitement, we are delighted to be named as finalists for dual awards at the 2017 Annual Real Estate Excellence Awards (AREAs). Hosted by REA Group, the AREAs are prestigious accolades in Australia’s real estate industry.

Our Melbourne CBD project Paragon, featuring Australia’s first high-rise indoor forest, has been recognised as a finalist for the Game Changer of the Year award in the ‘Developers, home builders, project marketers and developer media agencies’ category. This is the second year in a row for us to be acknowledged for offering something unique to the market where we were crowned winners last year for our Gardenhill development.

We are also finalists for the Gold AREA for New Home Player of the Year. This is a new award which commends innovation across community, service and marketing excellence.
