During the preparatory phase of construction, the future STH BNK By Beulah site was temporarily activated and transformed into a nexus of art, architecture, technology, and sound in collaboration with the creative minds at OneDesignOffice (ODO). This activation centred around vital themes of sustainability and societal responsibility.

The impact of Seeds of Change reverberates far beyond its physical confines. Through our collective efforts, we’ve witnessed a remarkable 60% increase in partnerships, forging alliances dedicated to addressing pressing societal issues. This collaborative spirit has been further exemplified by a significant corporate tech equipment donation, a testament to the power of collective action.
