Beulah had the opportunity to host an exclusive culinary experience with award-winning chef Adam D’Sylva, head chef and owner of two of Melbourne’s best restaurants, Coda and Tonka.

Hosted across two days, the event was held in the exquisite display suite for our The Grounds of Kew development.

During the two hour experience, a small group of VIPs were treated to an intimate masterclass with Adam sharing his tips and tricks in the display’s stunning marble kitchen.

Playing a key role in the kitchen’s design layout at The Grounds of Kew, the kitchen provided the perfect backdrop for this money-can’t-buy experience.

Adam D’Sylva has won numerous awards over his illustrious career, including the Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year in 2008, as well as restaurant Coda receiving a hat in The Age Good Food Guide on multiple occasions.
