Marks the beginning of construction at The Grounds of Kew

Beulah hosted its first ever, interactive demolition party for the future residents of The Grounds of Kew.

With construction set to commence in late April, all our guests had the opportunity to help begin dismantling the display residence by taking to the walls with a sledgehammer!

An excavator was also on site to pull down the hoarding, exciting future residents who were delighted to see the journey to their new home officially begin.

Formalities included a speech by Beulah, as well as, project architect Nicky Drobis from Fender Katsalidis, who spoke passionately about the project and the process behind the overall design.

Her attendance also gave future residents a truly unique opportunity to discuss the project with one of the great minds behind the development.

Naturally, there was also a celebratory toast to mark the commencement of construction, while guests were also treated to a delicious grazing platter and beverages too.

The Grounds of Kew has been designed by leading architecture firm Fender Katsalidis, with landscaping by prolific landscape architect, Paul Bangay.

Exceeding the calibre of other multi-residential projects in Kew, the 21 house-size apartments will offer an Australian-first, with ground floor residents given the choice to include a private putting green.

Construction is marked for completion by the end of the third quarter in 2020.
