Paragon’s momentous celebration
An exclusive celebration

Beulah hosted an exclusive celebration to mark the momentous groundbreaking of its first CBD project, Paragon at 318 Queen Street, Melbourne.

Set to be home to the country’s first indoor urban forest, the project has been designed in collaboration with world-renowned architecture firm, Fender Katsalidis, and leading landscaper, Paul Bangay.

Ever adventurous, the luxurious event was held on the construction site itself, with guests surrounded by greenery to emulate the anticipated forest.

Sipping on sparkling wine and juice, Victorian State Minister for Industry and Employment, Ben Carroll MP, Graham Cottam, Regional Managing Director of Multiplex and Karl Fender OAM, Founding Partner MD of Fender Katsalidis, were treated to a 360 degree breakfast board and coffee, with stunning florals and a fun balloon installation capping off the space, which saw over 200 people marvel as the first turning of the sod was marked with fireworks.
