The Grounds of Kew will officially commence construction next week following the exciting announcement of Ironside as the project builders.

With a lavish approach to size and materiality, the design pairs gracious built silhouettes and elegant gardens. Stately pillars with metallic bronzed capitals highlight terraces while giving the building an immense sense of depth, solidity and grandeur.

Marked for completion in the third quarter in 2020, the project comprises of 21 house-size apartments, and an Australian-first, ground-floor residences have the choice of including a private putting green, with gardens ranging from 178 sqm to 280 sqm.
