In what is another exciting week at Beulah, we’re proud to share that both Paragon and Habitus Townhomes have been shortlisted in the 2020 UDIA Victoria Awards for Excellence.

Set to transform Melbourne’s skyline with its striking exterior – the result of a dynamic collaboration with one of Australia’s best architecture firms, Fender Katsalidis – Paragon has been recognised by UDIA’s esteemed panel for its excellence in design excellence among high-density developments, while Habitus Townhomes is celebrated for its excellence in medium-density design, where industry pacesetters, DKO Architecture together with Beulah introduced a new concept in townhome design with a vertical approach to living.

Acknowledgement of the ongoing dedication and excellence across all Beulah projects, this recognition is a true testament to the talented and hard working project partners and Beulah team.
