We are excited to report that Multiplex are on track with all construction works and considerable progress has been made throughout December and January.

Last time we reported the site had been levelled and piling had commenced. We’re pleased to advise excavation works for the basement has commenced and we are now below ground level. Anchoring is being completed in unison with the basement works.

Restoration has now commenced on the retention of the historic Celtic Club facade including stripping of paint around more detailed components of the facade and water blasting to clean all remaining residue.
