We are excited to report that site preparation, demolition and enabling works have progressed with great success at Paragon.

Following the careful preservation and retention of the historic Celtic Club facade, the demolition of the remaining building was completed in November. Once the ground was cleared, installation of the strong structural foundations took place around the perimeter of the land.

Multiplex are currently installing the retaining wall for the basement and soon excavation of the basement will commence.

There have been very few weather delays and construction work is progressing very well.
