As Paragon nears ever closer to completion this head-turning building is in great shape for completion this summer with significant progress made in October.

Apartment fit-outs and quality assurance checks are now complete up to Level 28 and the stunning external facade glazing has now been installed up to Level 36 – with only a few more floors to go!

Most excitingly, landscaping is currently being installed into Paragon’s indoor forest, with the trees finally planted on-site, giving emphasis to the true scale of this inspiring and innovative space.

Beyond the greenery, the Amenities Levels are shaping up to be a stand-out addition to Paragon, with beautiful terrazzo-type flooring being poured this month, and the timber decking surrounding the completed hand rendered custom concrete spas.

Enhancing the elegance of the Amenities Levels, stone wall cladding is being installed in the library, parts of the entryways and dining area, with further detailing to come next month as works continue.
