Our first CBD tower, the topping out of Paragon marks an exceptional year for Beulah so far, having recently celebrated the completion of Habitus Townhomes in South Melbourne, placing us good stead to continue delivering an exceptional portfolio of projects across Melbourne.

Home to Australia’s first indoor forest, the on-site team will now shift their focus on internal works, with the multi-sensory urban resort and wellness retreat designed to provide residents with a tranquil retreat from the bustling streetscapes below.
