Continuing to receive international recognition, Paragon has taken out the ‘Best International Development’ at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis, the project transforms perceptions of CBD apartment living, juxtaposing the old and the new while capitalising on a small footprint within an elevated site.

Set to become home to Australia’s first indoor urban forest, the landscaping has been designed by internationally acclaimed landscaper, Paul Bangay.

Spread across three storeys, the forest will be a green escape from the urban hustle, with a carefully composed selection of mature trees, leafy canopies, climbing gardens and grassy spaces.

A true honour for all working on the project, the iProperty Development Excellence Awards is a prestigious annual awards, which celebrates the ‘best of the best’ in the property industry.
