As we approach the end of the financial year, the month of June has seen outstanding progress made on site at The Grounds of Kew.

In line with an anticipated settlement in the fourth quarter of 2020, Ironside has started finalising the cladding elements to the external columns and commenced interior works – with Level One tiling nearing completion and Level Two and Three soon to commence.

As the project nears completion, the team have worked hard to bring forward an expansively scaled Ground Floor prototype apartment for close inspection by the project team to ensure the highest quality. With its flooring and tiling now complete, and plumbing underway, we look forward to opening its doors for private tours from next month.
