From planters to privacy, The Grounds of Kew has been a hive of activity throughout October, with lush landscaping works continuing and interior finishing touches being installed.

Exterior landscaping to G04 is now complete with the team extending their focus to the rest of the project. Laying the foundations for a summer in the sun, exterior ground floor planters and tiling are now complete, and exterior fence work has been erected on-site.

Beyond the exteriors, Ironside has been working tirelessly towards completion of all apartments, with the first round of quality assurance checks to the ground floor apartments having recently taken place. Common areas are now undergoing plasterboard work, in addition to the installation of security cameras, benches and ceiling lighting. The Grounds’ basement garage is also approaching completion, with the roller door now installed.

Walking around The Grounds of Kew, you really get a sense of the scale and grandeur of this project, one that we look forward to welcoming homeowners to soon!
