Spring has sprung at the Grounds of Kew with construction back in full swing! As the landscaping fences and planting progresses, trees and plants throughout The Grounds are starting to flourish with splashes of greenery throughout the development.

The final facade elements are now mostly complete revealing the full extent of this stunning residence to locals and passersby.

The Ironside team is continuing to implement the beautiful wealth of rich materials, with all joinery now onsite and almost finished in its installation, expansive stone benchtops being installed site-wide, and timber flooring going in on Level Three.

The lifts have also been installed and commissioned, ready for use upon completion for residents. Basement works are also progressing with the installation of storage cages and line markings going in.

As of this month, construction sites are back to 85% of full capacity so we look forward to seeing progress continue at a steady pace and bringing you further updates next month.
