Topping out at The Grounds of Kew
A step closer to completion

The end of the decade has brought about a significant milestone for Beulah, with the topping out at The Grounds of Kew.

Topping out is an age-old tradition held when the highest structural feature of a building is finished, and the project is nearing completion.

Celebrated by Beulah and key project stakeholders on Friday, 17 January, the building structure and façade installation is now complete, making way for interior works to begin.

The reality of a long held design vision, the topping out sees The Grounds of Kew on track for completion in the third quarter of 2020.

Conceptualised by award-winning design experts, Fender Katsalidis and Australia’s foremost landscape designer, Paul Bangay, and constructed by Ironside, this project transcends both luxury and location, offering the very best of modern living.

In an elevated location, the 4-level design opens to sweeping vistas of the gardens, city and sky as greenery cascades over terraces and flows across the design, articulating the gardenscapes of Kew.

Located within walking distance to a myriad of gourmet grocers and mouth-watering eateries, surrounded by parklands and just 6km from Melbourne’s CBD, the lifestyle here can be as buzzing or tranquil as you want it to be.

Limited apartments remain. Register your interest today to secure your hyper-luxury home at or call Will Winter (0466 967 555) to discuss this opportunity.
